In the spirit of fun and a way for you to get to know us better, we are launching the Employment For All Big Idea contest!

The Employment For All Partnership is a collaborative group that includes people with disabilities, advocates, community partners, Colorado state departments and more. We take action to design legislation and policies, support promising practices, and leverage public and private partnerships.

This big idea contest is an example of the work we do together. We invite you to share your big ideas and thoughts like “if only this was in place” than “this would happen” to ensure Coloradans with disabilities get good jobs and advance in careers.

Pitching your big idea might mean that:
The Employment For All Partnership works with you to make it happen
You may win 1st, 2nd, or 3rd place, or a wildcard prize

Check out the Employment For All Big Idea winning prizes!

  • 1st place, $250

  • 2nd place, $150

  • 3rd place, $75

  • Wildcard, $25

To be in the running for 1st, 2nd, or 3rd prize, your big idea will represent one of The Employment For All Partnership focus areas. The three focus areas are:

  1. Maximize engagement with Youth and Students new to employment

  2. Offer support to employers to expand the pool of employment options for people with disabilities

  3. Expand partnerships to increase resources that contribute to Employment First programming

To be in the running for the wildcard prize, your idea will be popular in the votes and outside of the three focus areas.

This contest is intended to be a fun and proactive way to participate in an activity that demonstrates the work we do in the Employment For All Partnership. While we cannot make any guarantees that winning pitches will be implemented, we can share the ideas widely and keep them in our records for access in the future if the opportunity to take further action presents itself.
