The Employment For All Partnership (EFAP) has emerged as a nationally recognized initiative that has significantly advanced employment opportunities for individuals with disabilities in Colorado. Achievements include amplifying the voices of individuals with disabilities, enacting legislative reforms, launching professional training programs, and partnering with EFAP members and state departments to secure over $20 million in federal grant funding. These collaborative efforts have driven systemic change and generated measurable returns on investment, including expanding workforce participation for people with disabilities.
