Supported Employment Provider Training Requirements

By June 30, 2024, all providers of supported employment services for persons with disabilities are required to obtain a nationally recognized supported employment training certificate or earn a nationally recognized supported employment certification relating to supported employment services. Beyond June 30, 2024, NEW Supported Employment providers have up to two years to acquire said training certificate or certification. They must be supervised by someone with either a training certificate or certification. See the HCPF website for more details.
